Power went out at Lewis and Clark college yesterday which took us out. Sorry I wasn't able to BLOG. Ok, I still think it's Friday, but that's ok. I hope you all enjoy your break. I told the class about their invention project today. They insisted on having the simple machines sheet that I was going to send home with the letter on Monday. I want them to create their own invention. Something that they wish they had or something that would make life easier.

Please get started on the Young Author's books. I hope you all have a great break, and we will be ready to finish this quarter when we get back Monday.
