Today was a long day, but we made it. Due to the chatter that we have daily, I started today off with an incentive. The class had the word QUIET on the board, and every letter was worth a marble. They would lose a letter whenever they spoke out as a group or weren't on task. We almost ended our day with the letter T, but ended up losing it as well. Tomorrow is a brand new day, and I hope we can keep our letters. We spent from 10:45-12:00 on just grammar today. Singular and plural possessives are really hard for them to grasp. Please work at home with them when you can.
