Today has been awesome!!!!!!!! Thursdays are our no break days, and it is a more relaxed day to get all of our plans accomplished. I was able to get a hold of everyone last night, with the exception of a couple. I will try again this afternoon. It sounds like I will be able to meet everyone tonight. YAY!!!! The class had time to write in their journals this morning, and we reviewed for our reading test. They will be tested over their story, vocab., the traits vs. motivations of a character, and our sentence types and structures. In science we read most of lesson 3, and will complete it tomorrow. In math this afternoon we will be working with place values. i will try to pass out our chalk board place value charts and see if that helps the idea sink in better.
