I left school yesterday to pick up 2 of my kids and Zoe was literally weeping from pain (4 yrs. old). So we went straight to the doctor's office for her to be diagnosed with strep (not spelled right) throat. I was not able to go to school today, which I was not planning on. The kids will be taking their spelling test, grading lesson 1 sheet in science, reading as much as they can of lesson 2, reading the Reader's Theater for the week, doing the next lesson in math, working in their group during reader workshop, and completing a holiday project we started Thursday. Next week we will not be doing story town, and I will send home a Friday "update" letter, grades, and Friday Folders on Monday. I'm so sorry for being out today.
