We have completed our chapter in SS, and we started our review. The kids had about 15 min to do their SS questions 1-6 for lesson 3, but not many of them got very far. Collectively today they had 1 hour and 22 min. I am making them use the book, and that is very frustrating for them with SS. They seemed to be able to find what they were looking for better in Science, which is funny. They do have to infer more in the SS text though, so I guess that makes sense. They will have an opportunity to complete a word problem on the black board Tues-Friday of this week. The child that has the answer first and Big 5 written down gets to do odds or evens on their PS. All other children that get the correct answer throughout the day get a Hall pass. Kate and Olivia had the correct answer today, and Livy was the first. Congrats!
