We paused today for comprehension. I did not want to assess the class or continue on with our grammar until they seemed more confident. We did another worksheet on clauses, and we also learned about complex sentences. So now we have simple, compound, and complex sentences. They are asked to simply study 2 of the sheets that we have been working on, and those sheets should be completed. We had our 3rd Agriculture class today, and that took up our reading time. In order to review for our story, we had to throw out math for today...there were no complaints to that by the way..LOL. Please read the story with them. It is pretty long, and some of the class has said that it is not that interesting.
