We made it past the hump of the week. We read most of lesson 2 in science, and we will have a delicious experiment tomorrow that goes over the phases of the moon. I love to have educational eating...LOL. Lesson 2 sheet will come home tomorrow, so having them read the rest of the lesson will give them a head start. In reading we went over our voc, summarizing, and our second story. Grammar we continued with our phrases, and tomorrow we will go into our complex sentences. Math we took a step back and took the day to review. We fixed our HR sheet together, and did problem after problem together on the board. We will move on tomorrow, and I'll work with small groups during reader's workshop times.
